New Candidate Class 2020

There is a new candidate class this year which will be held at Bayport High School on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

The dates are

January 13

January 15

January 22

January 27

January 29

February 3

February 5

February 10

February 12

February 24

We expect candidates to attend all classes but we understand you may have conflicts and we will try to work something out.

All classes start promptly at 7:30pm and end at 9:30pm.

The cost of the class is:

$150 which must be paid the first night. Other expenses are

US Lacrosse dues - $55 information will be given the first night.

Upon completion of the class SWLOA dues $75

If you are new to officiating then you will have to be finger printed. ($80-$100) Fingerprinting is necessary if you are new to Section XI. Plus uniforms, whistles and cards are needed. This information will be given to you in the class.

The sooner you join US Lacrosse ( requirement to officiate) the sooner you will have access to their training resources. You can join by going on their website uslacrosse.org. It costs $55 to become a member. We require all new officials to be a minimum age of 18 and/or seniors in high school.
